Refund policy

UK

• We accept returns shipped within 14 days from the order being placed.

• Please contact us for full instructions on returning an item.

• We offer FREE returns for full-priced items (i.e. non-discounted items) within the UK.

• We do not cover shipping costs for sale or discounted returns, but are happy to offer a full refund.

• Exchanges for a different item or size are also possible.

• In order to receive a full refund, your pieces must be:

  • Returned within 14 days from your order being placed.

  • As received. Unworn, unwashed and fully tagged.

• Returns will be issued once we have inspected the item and confirmed it meets the return criteria.

• Please keep proof of shipment, including tracking numbers, so we can more easily help you with your returns.

• We do not take responsibility for items shipped to the wrong address (please check before sending!) or items lost in transit. We suggest contacting your mailing service if this is the case.

International​

• The same rules apply as for returns from the UK, except that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns of full-priced items.

• Exchanges and returns are available for all items, within 14 days and in the correct conditions.

• In addition, all necessary customs fees and documentations for international returns must be provided by the customer.
